Haskell celebrates Independence Day.  Our gazebo at the County Courthouse is decorated with lights and bows for  July activities including music presented by the Barber Shop Quartet while we enjoy  homemade ice cream served by the good cooks of the town.
Cowboys gathered on the James Ranch Saturday to work 80 calves.  Eight cowboys drove the calves from the pasture to the lots along FM 2122 stopping traffic only once.
